Our core specialisation is the detection and safe removal of asbestos. Around it we handle the work that usually accompanies it: selective interior demolition, removal of contaminated finishing materials, partial and full basement demolition, post-construction and post-disaster cleaning, and construction project management.
How we work
We identify before we act. Suspect material goes to an accredited laboratory and you get the result in writing before any removal is quoted. No assumptions, in either direction.
We contain before we remove. Sealed enclosures and negative air pressure are set up before a surface is touched, so a problem in one room does not become a problem in the whole building.
We document what we did. Laboratory results, disposal manifests and clearance testing are handed over at the end of the job — the file that buyers, insurers and lenders will eventually ask you for.
