Construction Project Management

Coordination of trades, permits and schedule from design through to delivery — with one point of accountability.

Most renovation projects do not fail on workmanship. They fail on sequencing — a trade arriving before the previous one finished, a permit that was applied for too late, a hazardous material discovered halfway through that nobody had budgeted for.

We manage the project end to end: scoping and budget, permit applications, trade selection and scheduling, site supervision, and progress reporting against the plan. Because abatement and demolition are our own trades, the parts of a schedule that most often slip are handled in-house rather than subcontracted and hoped for.

You get one point of contact who is accountable for the deadline and the budget, and who tells you early when either is at risk — which is the only useful time to hear it.
